Nice place to go but I had a lady who could not understand what I was won't so it was ok if you get some help with what you want done.

Only give 1 star because this place is decorated nice and i like the music. Other than that a big fat 0. I gave up years ago on getting my nails done here because they always turned out horrible. They always do their own thing and its too expensive to have something done that you don't want. So I been coming just to get eyebrows and lip waxed. I usually have the same group of ladies who do a fine job sometimes ill get girls ive never seen and they do an ok job. But I let it blow over and I always tip. Today I had a new girl I havent seen she rushed I had 1 hour left no need to rush. She missed so much hair and made me bleed. Majority of the staff are so rude and rushy. Barely acknowledge. But today for eyebrow and lip it was 15$ for the past 5 years ive came its only been 13$ and so I think the girl added her own tip I asked why 15 did they go up and she didnt really say. And she snatched the money and walked iff as I waa trying to tip. I shoukd have walked off too but u waited til she came back and handed her a tip. But it didn't sit well with me. If prices changed that's fine but I highly doubt it. Doesnt matter anyways cause I won't be back. I used to recommend this place I never will again. Hopefully they shut down soon. Just makes me so annoyed at how they treat people and think they are the best. My advice is for them to learn to manners and respect before running a business Read Less

50/50 May give another chance. Pedicure was good. Girl was friendly enough even though i didn’t understand a word she said. I was getting SNS for first time ever. And I let them know. Lady that did those was complaining the whole time to everyone that passed by and next to her. She tells me, Not everyone know how to do, this is very hard. Then tells me this time not so good but next time you come in for a fill in it will be much better. My nails are uneven even though I would point out the unevenness. She kept going. I wanted to up and leave, but my mother taught me manners. I will NOT be getting my nails done there again, will try pedi again though. Price is reasonable. Read Less

Overall a great experience. They were rushing a little bit and my water for my pedicure was cold. Service was great though. I would recommend it. Prices were also pretty good.

The lady insisted you could fill in SNS on a French manicure and you would not be able to see the blend. She was very wrong and my nails look terrible. Another lady was very rude to my daughter and made us leave with her nails still wet because she was "busy" and needed her seat. When I told her I did not like the way our nails looked, she just looked over my shoulder and said "Next! Can I help you?" to the next person in line. :( Very dissatisfied and disappointed. I wish I could give this place a ZERO for the rudeness. I came in and got a pedicure which took an hour to get done and then was told to come back the next morning to get my nails done. My friend who was there with me sat the entire time and didn't even get called to get her nails done while my toes were being done. The service is rude and the pretend sometimes to not know what your saying to justify their rudeness. The oldest lady there does not like to service people with children which makes no sense. The younger lady that usually says "What can I do for you today?" Is VERY RUDE. Walks away when talking to customers.There are only two people there that has consistently been nive and that Cindy and one other. Although I know this comment won't do much it needed to be said.
